Hulk Hogan’s Wife Woes

The next time you think your wife has spending issues with shopping sprees, take a few moments and think about what Hulk Hogan is putting up with. The pro wrester is in the midst of divorce proceedings with his estranged wife, Linda Bollea. Newly released documents from those proceedings reveal some spending issues in the marriage. Hogan, the host of the American Gladiator show, spends approximately $102 a month on bandannas and other clothing. Now I know what you’re thinking, you’re wondering how in the world anyone could spend that kind of money on bandannas!

But wait, there’s more…

According to court documents, Linda Bollea spends more than $7,200 a month on clothing and other dress apparel. She spends more than $1,600 a month on jewelry!

The Hogan family assets include $12.9 million in bank and brokerage accounts, two Florida homes with a combined worth of $9.2 million, $6.2 million in furniture, more than $218 thousand in jewelry, a powerboat, five water scooters, 14 cars and trucks, including a Rolls Royce and three Dodge Vipers, along with eight two-wheeled vehicles, including four Harleys.

But, in the midst of all the money and toys, apparently Hulk has hit some hard times recently. His annual income went from $4.7 million in 2006 to a mere $1.2 million in 2007. He’s up a bit this year though taking in $2.5 million so far. And, just in case you’re wondering, here’s a breakdown of the Hogan household expenses;

Linda’s Monthly Expenses;

• Maid service – $7,502
• Pet care costs – $1,374
• Vacations – $6,100
• Personal grooming – $801
• Lawn and pool maintenance – $2,464
• Legal expenses – $17,840

Here’s a list of some of Hulk’s monthly expenses;

• Legal expenses – $38,316
• Vacations – $1,824
• Care for his elderly mother – $6,589
• Payments to the family of the man seriously injured in son Nick Bollea’s car accident – $5,000
• Monthly alimony to Linda – $40,000

Wow, those are some pretty big numbers! But, it’s obvious his ex knows how to vacation better the Hulkster.
