Excuse #492 To Get Out Of A Ticket
Apparently the salesman at the dealership where Sarah Jessica Parker purchased her new car, did not give her the complete service package when she picked it up. Whenever I’ve purchased a new vehicle, the salesman always wants to make sure I know how to operate every piece of equipment in the car. It doesn’t matter if I already know where everything is located, he still insists on showing me how to turn on the wipers, the directional light, and yes, even the radio.
It’s amazing how they want to spend that extra time making sure you know how things work. Some even pull out the manual to make sure you know how to read that.
But, such was not the case with Sarah Jessica Parker, and that’s why she was pulled over in the Hamptons!
Pulled Over In The Hamptons
Sarah Jessica Parker was recently pulled over by a police officer. Authorities say Parker was driving her brand new Mercedes minivan with her son James in the vehicle when she was stopped by police for not having her headlights on. When asked why she didn’t have them on, she told the officer it was a new car and she didn’t know how to turn the lights on!
A representative for the actress said the officer showed Parker how to turn on the headlights and then let her go with just a warning. The representative went on to say “The officer was patient and kind.”
