Dream Stealer’s Take #1 Box Office Spot

Christopher Nolan New Pick Takes Top Box Office Spot

Inception, the first Christopher Nolan directed movie since the Caped Crusaders The Dark Knight grabbed the number one box office spot for it’s debut weekend on the big screen. Inception, which was the only new release for the weekend, pushed Despicable Me out of the #1 spot, moving the Steve Carell toon to the #2 spot.

The Sorcerer’s Apprentice, which opened last Wednesday, pulled in only $17.4 million dollars for the weekend take. The new Nicolas Cage Disney movie is struggling as it’s only pulled in $24.5 million since it’s mid-week opening.
