Long Over Due Sequel Grabs #1 Box Office Spot

Old Video Game Puts Jeff Bridges On Top Again

It’s been a long time coming, but a sequel to the sci-fli flick based on video game, Tron: Legacy debuted at the number one box office spot over the weekend. This time around, Jeff Bridges, who starred in the 1982 original movie, discovers his son has entered the game. Then it’s a race against time and game pieces, to escape from “the grid” back into the real world.

Meanwhile, the animated movie Yogi Bear was a distant second and the comedy How Do You Know had a very disappointing debut weekend struggling to the number 8 spot.
