Not Much To Write Home About
Another weekend is here and that means it’s time for a new round of big screen movies. But, don’t get your hopes up too high. There’s not much to write home about this weekend. I have a feeling The Hunger Games could very well continue it’s big screen dominance with another number one weekend when all is said and done.
As for new movies only one is opening in wide release but honestly, I’m not sure just how big of an audience it will receive. Sure The Lucky One is based on a best-selling book but is it really worthwhile? How can a story about a Marine who finds a picture of a girl left behind by a fallen soldier who then falls in love with the fallen heroes girlfriend really be something we want to see.
But, I guess time will tell and lets see what the weekend box office numbers show on Monday.
